Liz has been deeply passionate about women's and pelvic health physiotherapy since graduating from university in 2016. Starting her career in the community public health sector, she gained invaluable insights into the importance of holistic care, recognizing the need to address not only the physical but also the emotional and social aspects of her patients’ health.

Before becoming a physiotherapist, Liz spent five years as a pregnancy and post-natal remedial massage therapist, helping clients manage their musculoskeletal concerns. This experience enriched her understanding and ability to support women through various stages of life.

Liz is dedicated to providing compassionate and comprehensive care, supporting women's pelvic health at every stage of life to ensure optimal well-being. Since becoming a mother herself, Liz understands firsthand the challenges experienced during pregnancy and postpartum. She takes pride in empowering and supporting women to continue engaging in activities they love during these times.

Committed to offering evidence-based care, Liz actively participates in professional development courses throughout the year to stay updated with the latest advancements in her field.

Outside of work, Liz enjoys spending time with her family, which includes her husband, two young children, and their dog. She also loves reading, listening to podcasts, and attending Pilates and yoga classes for exercise.
